Sales information and refunds

Price information and VAT

We reserve the right to change the prices, sales policy, and available products in the web shop without prior notice. If a price or product information on our website is obviously incorrect we reserve the right to correct the price, or cancel the purchase and refund the money if the product has already been paid for.

Depending on your country of residence, VAT may be applicable when purchasing from us. The full price, including VAT if applicable, is always displayed prior to the purchase.

It is not allowed for people under the age of 18 to purchase from us without the prior approval of a legal guardian.

Purchases and licenses

All purchases are software services delivered electronically in the form of a software license, unless specifically stated otherwise. Purchased software licenses can be used to download software installers from our website. All purchased services are time-limited software subscriptions, during which the buyer receives the right to use the licensed software. All software licenses are also restricted to a specific license limitation, which limits the scope of installations or users that the software is allowed to protect. The software license may also have other restrictions regarding the operating environment upon which the license is valid, which is stated during the purchase of the service. We reserve the right to cancel abused licenses without refund if the software subscription has been running for more than one month, but we are of course fully focused on supplying our customers with a good service.

Technical support

We provide technical support via e-mail and phone during business hours for software licenses purchased from us. However, depending on the type of support case customers may have to direct their support only to e-mail contact with us, or we might refer them directly to the manufacturer of the software. Such contact may be limited to contact via e-mail or the manufacturers website, and in English.

Refund policy and cancelled purchases

If you have made a purchase, and want a refund, contact our sales department.

We follow and support the Swedish law "Distans- och hemförsäljningslag" (SFS 2005:59), and we follow the recommendations regarding disputes that the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints ("Allmänna reklamationsnämnden") set forth.

According to Swedish law, private persons have the right to cancel purchases within 14 days from delivery. Since we provide a subscription service with electronic delivery, the service is regarded as started and delivered when an online purchase has been completed, and the money has been reserved or drawn from your account.

If you, after contact with us, are granted a refund, we will transfer the money to your account. If the purchase was made with a credit card or direct bank transfer in our online shop, the money will be returned to the account that was used. Depending on the bank, or the issuer of your credit card, it may take a few business days for the returned money to be available to you, or visible in the account status
